Personal Care Aide Needed for 88-Year-Old in Assisted Living - 30 Hours/Week Seeking a compassionate, dependable aide for my 88-year-old mother in assisted living (Yardley, PA). Approximately 30 hrs/week (flexible). Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), mobility support (encouraging her to get out of bed and move around), companionship, encouraging participation in meals and activities, and monitoring for changes in condition or behavior. Experience with seniors and cognitive decline preferred. Must be reliable, patient, proactive, and able to communicate regularly with family and facility staff.
