About who needs care: She has beginning stages of dementia. She's having a tough time dressing herself. Right now she's bathing with a tub bench but she might start needing help with that. She's struggling with drinking and eating enough. She's been hospitalized twice this month because of that. She has lupus, right mastectomy, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, bilateral carotid artery stenosis, chronic kidney disease, and nonrheumatic tricuspid valve regurgitation. About the care needs: Dementia care experience. Someone that is very punctual. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
