About who needs care: She lives with her husband who is her PCG, she has had diabetes for many years but is having increased difficulty managing it. She has trouble ambulating without assistance. She would greatly benefit from some companionship as well as help with ADLS and light housing keeping/ meal prep. Enjoyed gardening, watches TV, collecting. 2 small dogs in the home. About the care needs: Would benefit if caregiver was educated in diabetes and can help with checking sugars and giving meds. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing and mobility assistance.
