About the job
I am a 53-year-old female with progressive MS in a power wheelchair. I am seeking a self-starting, compassionate, flexible, and reliable caregiver to assist me in my home in Manheim Township area. This is an overnight asleep position with availability for coverage on Sunday evening into Monday lunch, 6:30 p.m. Sunday until 1:30 p.m. Monday. I have a guest room and shared bathroom for my caregiver. I am looking for someone to assist with light to moderate housekeeping, hygiene/grooming, laundry, mobility, meal preparation, transportation assistance to and from appointments, mobility, transfers using a standing lift/manual assistance, running errands (mileage reimbursement), organization, and companionship.
