About who needs care: My grandmother is 94 (almost 95) had a stroke recently. She has fallen several times in the past, so she is a fall risk. She has been discharged by her case manager. They had OT and PT coming in after her release from the hospital. She is doing great. However, they say she still has slight balance issues while showering. They think it would be beneficial to have someone come help her with her showering. About the care needs: Someone with kindness and patience. My grandmother has hearing issues even with her hearing aids and since the stroke she has trouble putting her thoughts into words. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
