Seeking Full-time Care Provider In Lancaster

I am in need of a caregiver for my mother that had a massive aneurism in November that has left her blind, non verbal and unable to move unassisted. She is being sent home from the skilled rehab facility and my father will be her primary caregiver. I am looking for a skilled and experienced caregiver to help my father care for my mother.
