About who needs care: Numbness in hands due to nerve damage in neck vertebrae. Severe Arthritis in right knee. Torn ACL in left leg. Due to these conditions she can no longer walk. Left shoulder pain due to arthritis. Also has Psoriatic Arthritis. Needs help dressing., daily hygiene activities. Transferring from wheelchair to lift chair, to toilet, etc. About the care needs: Should have a pleasant personality. Need to be able to preform transfers. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
