Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Jamestown

About who needs care: Mom lives with her partner Herm in 1 story home and is diagnosed with COPD and is on 4L 02 continuously. Mom is independent with ADL's, ambulation (Mom has 2 wheeled walker but does not use it) and med management. Mom has short term memory loss and progressing dementia. Mom was a nurse who loves to play the violin and play bingo. She loves being with people and socializing. I Need a caregiver for companionship, socialization, transportation to grocery store and to do light housekeeping. Mom has her own car and is able to drive but I worry this is not safe. About the care needs: Someone who is bubbly and can be a companion for Mom. She loves being with people, loves bingo and playing the violin. She was a member of the golden girls dance club in Conneaut a couple of years ago. Special skills include dealing with 02 concentrator and portable 02 (I can help with instruction!) Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
