About who needs care: Mobility issues after breaking a hip Reluctant to leave her home for assisted living facility (she still lives in the house she was born in!). Needs help in the morning, getting dressed, preparing breakfast, and in the evening getting ready for bed. (Sleeps several hours in the afternoon.) She has five adult children, but the nearest lives almost an hour away. Help with transportation, grocery shopping, and errands would be helpful but is not required. About the care needs: Mom is very chatty and loves sharing photos and stories. She enjoys watching game shows and doing jigsaw puzzles. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
