Personal Assistant / Housekeeping Help

Hello, I am looking for help 1 day per week or every other week. I am looking for some care help: personal assistant / housekeeping tasks. I am in my 30's and have a current injury where I need assistance with tasks like laundry, organizing/lifting household items, making calls, and possibly driving to drs appts when my family can't make it. Will be getting surgery so similar tasks for after surgery help. May need help researching heath-care providers, so someone with advocacy background or healthcare background is a plus! Thank you!
