About who needs care: I'm having total knee replacement and I need someone to help with small things and generally just check on me... maybe motivate me to do my exercises and stay active. About the care needs: Someone upbeat and motivational to energize me. I'm not crazy about exercise but I want to get better, so I need help getting me moving. I may need rides to physical therapy once or twice a week. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
