Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: Dad has diabetes and heart problems. He still drove up to his last surgery getting toe amputated. Been with him past 4 weeks. Dad is easy going, loves his breakfast. And LOVES coffee. He is unsteady on his feet balance wise. He uses a walker to get around. Dad loves western movies and other shows. Had tons of fish tanks and liked to go to fish meetings. Dad loves Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. About the care needs: My dad was a farmer loves talking about bailing hay and planting Gardens. He lives out in the country. He had horses, chickens and pigs years ago. My dad was a marine so he can tell some stories. My dad gives himself insulin shots before breakfast. And has a Dexcom meter on arm to show what sugar levels are. Dad does have a harder time getting up from couch but he does it on his own. And his balance isnt that good, PT comes and helps him exercise. So to keep him mobile we do exercise on the days PT isnt here at house. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
