About who needs care: She has early-mid stage dementia. Not usually confused but forgetful. Suppose to use a walker but forgets. Needs assistance to be stable. Has only bathtub so needs assistance to get into tub and onto chair. She can wash herself but just needs someone to check to make sure she hits all the areas. Has had two UTI in last month and personal care is a factor. She may need help washing her hair. Needs reminder to brush teeth. About the care needs: Kind, patient, fun, honest, trustworthy, willing to persuade her to get a shower and not give up when she says she just had one. Some experience with dementia would be great. Mom is pretty with-it but asks the same questions over and the over sometimes. So patience with that. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
