Hands-on Care Needed For Parents In New Castle, PA

I'm looking for hands-on care for my parents who are 87 (mother) and 95 (father). Job would involve light housekeeping, assistance with bathing and toileting as needed, meal preparation, companionship and guarding them when they walk with their walkers. My mother has dementia but my father is sharp-minded. We have 24/7 caregivers and need to fill a few gaps.
