About who needs care: Mother (86) with new dementia diagnosis - handles all self care but needs to be checked on - has trouble organizing and remembering appointments, Dad (97) - handles all self care but is starting to fall easily - needs to be checked on About the care needs: Currently, I am looking for a caregiver that can check in on my parents during certain weeks when I am away. They provide full care for themselves but sometimes need some guidance and support. Specifically, making sure they have a plan for meals, are taking their medications, and just checking general well-being. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
