About who needs care: 78-year-old woman coming home from skilled nursing to adapt to home. Immunosuppressed, so important to be cautious of cleanliness. Husband is living with her but unable to assist greatly but can take care of himself. Children are involved and may be there during some of these times but work remotely and not able to give a lot of time during day. About the care needs: moderate lift help if needing to go to bathroom. Help with exercises given by in house PT/OT. Prepare meals as needed. General companionship while healing.
