Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs Provide support to participants in the areas of communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community-based supportive employment Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community, and work settings Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant. Work with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist, if applicable, to identify areas of strength and need.
