About who needs care: My spouses name is Brad and he was diagnosed in 2017 with Early Years Alzheimer's. Brad is a guitar player, has played a lot in life with Worship Teams, he especially like his electric guitar. He has also enjoyed fishing. Brads ideal day is sitting on the front porch on a sunny day, talking someones ear off, he loves to socialize. The days I work outside the house at my PSU office, Brad gets up with me around 5:30A and waits for someone/anyone to stop by (usually my step-father) until I get home around 4:30P. About the care needs: Brad has a friendly personality and likes to chat, so the only specialized skills a caregiver would need are patients and conversation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
