About who needs care: Non weight bearing on one leg due to broken tibia. Should be partially weight bearing soon. She is scared to get up to use the portable commode by herself especially at night even though pt and it say she is capable. She has severe anxiety that is being treated, but its very bad right now. She is getting discharged from rehab soon and we need someone with her at night to help with toileting. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
