Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Ambler

Hi, I'm looking for a caregiver for two 11 hour days a week and one overnight for my 83-year-old mom with advancing Alzheimer's. You would work with a team of four other people who have set hours but are flexible in providing coverage for one another. The most important qualifications for the position are: an understanding and compassion for someone with progressing dementia who is still verbal and social, but with decreasing memory span (30 seconds of retention) and ability to distinguish her reality; and promptness and reliability. My mom loves companionship, conversation and company. She can't be left by herself and is afraid of being alone, so it's very important that caregiver shifts flow into one another. The start date is flexible, but hoping to find someone soon! Thank you!
