Primary need is to have someone in house in case of fall. Dad has minor mobility issue. He is able to independently do Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating etc). Really just need a live in companion. Some housekeeping and meal prep. All room and board provided. Home has separate living space for companion. Compensation is negotiable
