About the job
My Grandma has dementia and lives at home with her husband. We are looking to add a regular caregiver to their schedule to help set up a morning routine. Hoping for at least 4 consecutive days per week but flexible. We are thinking: help making breakfast, ensuring medications are taken, encouraging her to shower, and prompting her to wash laundry and dishes since she still takes pride in those chores but needs help to do them properly. Beyond that, it's mostly about giving my Grandpa some respite. My Grandma is very social and would love to chat, work on puzzles, walk around their yard, or look through old photos. I would love to chat and see if you are a good fit for us and vice versa!
