Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Sutherlin

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s. He is currently needing a Hoyer lift for transfers from his bed to his power chair. These transfers include getting him out of bed in the morning, a transfer midday for a brief change, then a couple transfers in the evening to get cleaned up and headed back to his bed. Other than the transfers, he is pretty self sufficient when in his power chair. We are looking for someone who can help cover every other long weekend as well as a few days a week. We are pretty flexible with the days and can work with a varying schedule, as long as a couple of weekends a months is possible.
