Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Springfield

About who needs care: My husband has peripheral neuropathy and is unable to stand or sit unassisted. He uses a power wheelchair and I use a Hoyer lift to transfer him in/out of bed or to the commode. He is a Duck fan and watches games when they are available. He used to ride motorcycles on and off road. We had a motorhome we used to travel for many years. His condition is changing, but right now I can manage his care. I was hoping for someone to come maybe once a week to hang out with him so I could take a break and run errands. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
