About the care needs: Someone genuinely friendly who has knowledge of diabetic diets and is willing to provide gentle encouragement to comply. Someone who has med management skills to ensure she takes what she should, when she should take them. She loves card and board games, but someone who will gently encourage her to maybe join a senior center for social interaction.
