About who needs care: Merle has a hard time getting around and becomes unstable often because of sore joints. He could really use someone helping him whenever he tries to walk to prevent falls. He uses a cane or walker as well to get around. He is recovering from c. diff and has been on antibiotics for several weeks now. He still doesnt have much of an appetite but we are encouraging small meals such as oatmeal. When he is feeling well, he really enjoys going in his backyard to feed his squirrels but lately he has just been trying to get through the day. He tries to tell you he doesnt need help with anything but he really needs help with all parts of his day now. He has family to continue helping during the day but seeking overnight help to give family relief. About the care needs: Please no pregnant women as he feels too bad asking for their help and he wants to help them instead! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
