Live-in Home Care Needed For My Grandfather In Reedsport

About who needs care: Jim W. is an 88-year-old man that lives in Reedsport Oregon. He has spinal stenosis and lymphedema. Currently he is being treated for a wound on his left foot. Mobility is becoming an issue. He can currently use a walker and is able to accomplish all personal care himself. Getting up from bed is a challenge but can do it. With a power chair he can easily get up for his chair and reach his walker to accomplish personal care. The spinal stenosis makes it difficult to walk anything but short distances. About the care needs: Someone to help with meals and help him get up from sitting or lying down. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
