Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Powell Butte

About who needs care: She has arthritis (all over), so it makes it really difficult to move around, get up and shower. She has recently been diagnosed with heart failure which has impacted her oxygen levels. My dad is a good care taker, but we need someone to help out when he can't get there (ie shopping, apts, etc). It would be ideal to have someone to help w/ getting her set for the morning, ensure she doesn't walk by herself and help her get water/lunch. She was an avid reader and gardener About the care needs: An ideal care giver would be someone who is warm nurturer, who is on the quieter side. This is the first time my parents will have a care giver in their home, so someone who has a large personality might not be ideal. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
