About the care needs: Objective: Secure a specialist caregiver for Parkinson's and mobility-related needs (back/spinal issues) who can provide consistent relief for the CEOs mother. The caregiver should assist with: Personal care (bathing, hygiene, dressing, medication management, meal assistance). Exercise/mobility therapy. General support to ensure the fathers comfort and lessen dependency on the mother. Requirements: Care must be 3-5 times per week (2-4 hours per session). Ideally, the caregiver has experience training family members to support continuity of care. No trials only direct hires. However, the father should have an interview/screening session with candidates before confirmation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
