Part-time Elder Care For Kind Portland Parents

We are looking for someone kind, thoughtful, and organized to provide senior care for my parents, who live in their own home in Forest Heights in Portland. One parent is still quite functional and independent, and the other has some recently progressive mild-moderate dementia but still manages most daily activities. The job would be a mix of helping with daily logistics (medication reminders/administration, daily activities, checking mail, etc), helping with small jobs around the house like replacing a light or helping get a computer or tv working, coordinating medical appointments and transport, some basic meal prep, and interfacing remotely with us (children/family) to help coordinate care. The job and schedule could be flexible - would likely be part/half time initially but could depend on their (and your) evolving needs. Thanks!
