Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portland For 4-6 Hours. I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s who has advanced dementia. On Feb 12 starting at 8:00 I will need help getting her to PDX and on the plane. She requires transfer from her wheel chair to the vehicle at her care home. Then at the airport, she will need transfer from vehicle to wheel chair & monitoring her while I return the rental car. Assistances as needed is required for hygiene as she is fully incontinent. Her ID is expired so security may take up to 3 hours according to TSA, so companionship during the TSA screening and up to boarding the plane. I estimate 4-6 hours total for the job. Once completed you can catch back to your vehicle. I can give you a cash per diem to cover that expense. Sorry for the short notice we had a cancelation.
