About who needs care: We moved my mother from NYC in April. She's falling more and needs support with regular exercise, getting to appointments, grocery shopping, bathing and companionship. About the care needs: We need someone who is easy going, who can get my mom to do her exercises even when she doesn't want to (she has some depression and anxiety). My mother is of a different generation, so tolerance is essential. Most really enjoy my mother. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
