Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Portland

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking full-time live-in home care. My father is in the final days/weeks/months of his life. Most days he rarely gets out of bed, but he needs someone close by if he gets up as he's a fall risk. Medication is managed by Hospice, but he does need daily reminders (and having it handed to him) so he will take it. Day to day can look very different. Some days he doesn't get out of bed while others he may sit in his chair and watch TV for a few hours. He has dementia and poor hearing. Caring for him will require understanding that he may not always be able to respond when asked a question. Our primary concern is making sure he is safe as he gets dizzy when he stands. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, some meal prep and daily grooming.
