About who needs care: Diabetes, heart disease, vision impairment, uses walker to get around. He spends most of his day sleeping in a fragmented schedule while watching TV or movies. He alternates between bedroom and living room. Is mostly housebound, leaving only for appointments. . About the care needs: A patient personality who accepts the adaptations and systems he has made to his health conditions. He is sometimes stubborn and frustrated but would be open to help especially in regards to tasks he has trouble performing due to sight. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
