About the care needs: I have a terminal illness, with my advance directive allowing only comfort care/dnr allowed. I also want to die in my home. My nights are the hardest time on me. I am in the end of life stage with less than 2 months, but realistically feeling as Ill die by the end of this month. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
