Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Portland

About who needs care: He broke his leg and needs help around the house. He is currently in a facility. They were going to discharge him today but I appealed for another week stay. Right now, he can't walk without assistance. He has a wheelchair and walker but he still needs assistance getting in and out of the chair. The facility also recommended he no longer drive. About the care needs: I'm sure everyone needs someone who's patient. This is new to my father. He's finally coming to the realization he needs help. The facility also said his cognitive health is declining. So, maybe someone that has experience with that also. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
