Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Portland

I'm looking for hands-on care for my 76 y. o. mother. She's recently had a few strokes, and so experience with dementia-like symptoms is valuable. We're looking for someone who can help her get to and from parts of the house as needed (mostly the bathroom), keeping her company, doing some light housekeeping and/or meal prep (she's diabetic... and also doesn't like to eat anything that isn't sweet). She lives with my 79 y. o. father. Keeping track of my mom is a bit much for him, as he's still working. They also have a very old and sweet dog, and an emphatically-friendly cat, so comfort around pets is a must. No pet care is needed, however.
