About the job
My 64 yo wife has a condition called Primary Progressive Aphasia that starts with expressive and receptive language loss, but is progressing and impacting cognitive function. Her language skills are currently significantly affected... to the extent that she has trouble comprehending conversations or communicating basic information. She needs a kind, patient female companion to help her participate in the activities she still enjoys on good days and with ADL activities on bad ones. Looking for regular help on weekends but can be very flexible regarding schedule. Also looking for back help during the week when her regular companion is not available.
