We need companion care to take care of my mother in Hillsboro. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. My dad is her primary caregiver and he will be travelling in May. The need for a companion may go beyond May if all goes well. She is in a later stage dementia, physically well. But she will likely be resistant to care. My siblings and I will support the introduction and ongoing role of Companion.
