About who needs care: She is on Hospice care. She has Nephrostomy tubes. She mostly needs help changing her pads and chucks, cleaning herself and be moved around while in the bed. She is fairly alert and oriented. About the care needs: Someone who can work with end of life care patients with dignity. Someone who can deal with changing a patient out of dirty clothes and change her briefs. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
