Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Eugene

We need hands-on care to take care of our mother in Eugene. She is bedridden, weighs about 130 lbs. She can talk but has speech issues. Enjoys true crime shows. Feeding and giving medication is needed. We need very basic meal prep (most will be pre-made for her). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with dogs. Our schedule is very flexible, with the exception of we don't need early morning time care.
