About who needs care: Moderate dementia, overall low-mobility, chronic back pain w/history of fusions and other surgeries, extremely hard of hearing, stubborn and doesn't think he needs help About the care needs: Someone who is understanding but firm and can tell him when he cannot or should not physically do something. He is very social but believes he is a loaner, loves to talk about his time in the army and coast guard and growing up years. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
