About the job
Seeking companion care near Corvallis for my father in his early 90s. Along with medication reminding as Dad has memory issues. We would like someone who can handle some light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities would include meal prep and some assistance with mobility. We might ask you to run errands now and then such as driving Dad into his pedicure or haircut appointments. (We are happy to treat you to one at the same time!) Although Dad currently can manage his ADL's we suspect he will need help with them in the future. His current M-W-F caregiver is leaving in the middle of May and we would like to find a suitable candidate who can shadow her for several weeks to get comfortable with the home, with Dad and with the family.
