Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Bend

About the care needs: My mother is recovering from compound fracture of her femur last Dec. She is mobile with a walker. She has had 3 back surgeries, both hips and knees replaced and a colostomy bag. PT, OT scheduled speech therapy should start soon. She possibly had a small stroke last year (she denies it) She has an appointment with Neurologist May 8th. So possible early dementia. I moved in Dec 18, 2024 to care for her and her husband. Im looking to have some days off to take care of things (my own appointments, time with my family and possibly work a couple of days a week) out of the house, currently unable to leave unless someone is here. Days of the week are negotiable. She gets medications 4 times a day. Working on being able to change her depends and pants on her own. She has a full craft room. I cook for them, clean, do the shopping and going to doctors appointments. Help with cleaning and cooking sometimes would help. Terry, moms husband is house bound on oxygen, he is able to get to the bathroom for bowel movements, but urinates in a jar and I dump it. His memory is fine, he still pays bills. He hasn't showered in a few years because he is scared he wont be able to breath. He is comfortable with this decision, so I don't push it. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
