Companion Care Needed For Dad In Bend

We need a caregiver to be with Dad in Bend 9-5 M-F. He has moderate dementia, can shower and dress on his own. Please be willing to do light housekeeping to keep the house clean on a daily basis, do laundry at times, change the sheets and other small activities, you will fill out the daily charts and log book. We have a housekeeper that does the deep cleaning. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation, take BP and BS, be a companion. We ask that you handle a small amount of transportation as needed. Must be a non-smoker, dependable and on time. As your shift starts when the overnight caregivers shift ends at 9 a.m.
