About who needs care: He has Parkinson's disease and needs assistance getting out of bed and being transported to his chair. He will require brief changes as needed and a shower once a weekend. Before the end of the shift, he needs to be returned to his bed. He can not see, is hard of hearing, and has limited verbal communication due to Parkinson's however, he is aware of his surroundings. About the care needs: Caring! Must be able to move him around when he is too stiff to move on his own. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
