Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Ponca City

About who needs care: Dad- pacemaker, dementia, incontinence. Mom- help with meals, household chores. They go M-F to a nearby Sr center for lunch, need meals on the weekend and week day evenings. They go out to eat with a group 2-3 days a week. May need driven to those. Doctor appointments out of town may need driven. About the care needs: Relaxed, professional, personable, proactive, good with dementia persons not showering or utilizing their permanent catheter. Need their toenails cut weekly or so, Dad needs fingernail and toenail fungus treated daily and lotion on dry flaky skin. Mom needs some meal and household chore help and a break from caring for Dad and herself. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
