Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Oklahoma City

About who needs care: She's currently in a nursing facility after a fall. She can get up by herself now but can't walk more than 10 steps with supervision. I'm not sure how much more she'll progress but looking into options if she regains more mobility and can come home. Legally blind (sees to get around) and osteoarthritis. Spends most of day seated listening to books or TV. About the care needs: Someone willing to listen carefully and patiently for her explanations or requests. And will treat her as an adult. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
