Hands-on Care Needed For Myself

Seeking hands-on care for myself in my 30s. My normal caregiver will be out of town(Mar. 8th-28th) and I can't be alone for very long because of health problems. I have severe allergies and may need help using an epipen and calling 911. I have another condition that can cause temporary paralysis and may need help getting medicine if that happens. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Most days I don't need help getting ready, but some days I might need help with bathing. I use a wheelchair because of weak muscles and fatigue. My strength varies from day to day. Most days I won't need much help, but need to have someone there in case I do. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
