About who needs care: Swallowing problems and must be fed. Mobility issues. He needs assistance with personal care and dressing. He will need assistance with changing adult diapers. He will need transportation to and from doctor's appointments along with someone attending with him to help lift the wheelchair in and out of the vehicle. About the care needs: We would like to have a Christian person. Someone who is kind empathetic and capable. This person will need to be able to lift a wheelchair in and out of a vehicle. He has problems with swallowing and choking he has to be fed a specific way and he will need assistance with all meals. We also would like meal prep, laundry, cleaning and meal prep. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
